Edited by Jester Sloth: 12/20/2014 8:40:27 PMThe thoughts of a guy who has played all 3 classes, but only Hunter in PvP (and regularly gets his ass handed to him by Warlock and Titan Supers): Mask of Third Man (reduce Super energy consumption of Arc Blade attacks), Encore (the perk that increases Arc Blade duration with each kill), and either Showstopper or Razor's Edge can give you almost-unlimited duration until you run out of enemies to kill. Way more effective in PvE than PvP, since it's rare to catch the whole team close enough for it to work. The problem, as I see it, comes down to this: In order for Titan or Warlock to wipe the whole team with Super, they would basically have to be on top of each other, like when capping a Control point. With Bladedancer, they can be more spread out and you can still wipe the whole team by double-jumping and using either attack button to zip around between them. With the setup mentioned above, you would still have plenty of Super energy to spare if you can kill them quickly. The other part of it is, in my experience, a Titan or Warlock Super is the Rock to the Hunter's Scissors. I've wasted my Super on many occasions being blasted by FoH and/or Nova Bomb in the middle of the initial animation. Heck, I've gone in to Bladedance all over a team capping a Control point and they simply gunned me down before I got off a single attack. Plus, if you use the setup I mentioned above, you're unable to get the ability to regenerate after every Arc Blade/Blink Strike kill, which combined with Fast Twitch gives you fastest recharge-time on Melee in the game, which I feel is the Hunter's answer to Warlock and Titan Melee-shields. Sometimes that extra bit of health is the only way you can live long enough to kill that many Guardians/Minions. Oh, and also the ability to turn Invisible, you won't be able to get that either. Although, with Hungering Blade (health regen) or Stalker (invisibility), you would still have Mask of Third Man reducing the amount of Super energy each attack consumes.
