Warlock Bonds and Rank
I got the Curse of the Hidden warlock bond from Eris, but when I get missions or do anything that earns rank, it all goes to the Vanguard. Isn't she her own person like Dead Orbit, the Future War Court, etc...? Wouldn't it make sense that we can rank up with her in the same fashion as all of the factions currently in the game? Just curious why this is not so.

Yes but certain groups like crucible, vanguard, and Crotas bane only level up with bounties. The 3 city factions (DO, FWC, & NM) are the only ones with special bands.
