Gjallarhorn vs. Hunger of Crota is the wrong question.
The question should be:
Is Gjallahorn + legendary primary + legendary secondary
Greater than...
Hunger of Crota + (exotic or legendary) primary + (exotic or legendary) secondary*?
*of course allowing for only exotic at a time.
1:1 the jelly might be better (I don't have it), but are you better equipped overall if you have HoC and an exotic in primary or secondary?
