Gonna say the ENTIRE problem is that they had activision as the publisher.

I'm going to go with all the above plus more. Let's not forget the repatative gameplay, the nonsense loot system, and the bosses that take either 5 minutes and you dont gat any good loot or 2 hours and you don't get any good loot.
