I know that Bungie mentioned it [i]very[/i] prerelease in their articles (albeit briefly) and also the Devs said it off-the-cuff in an early marketing/gameplay video. However I haven't heard anything recently on this. Typically RNG games and a Trading System go hand-in-hand so as to even-out gear for those that are blessed and unblessed in respective drops. I've had Googled but it's so broad that posts are pulled up from all over the place and mainly just prerelease gabble. IMO it'll be a great addition to the game and also add depth to the social and community side of Destiny which aside from the forums is lacking massively.
