Deej, two questions I'd like answered.
1. Why is Vault of Glass irrelevant, aside from ascendent material farming? I hate to use WoW as a reference, as it's been out for 10 years might as well barrow ideas, but every new raid requires prior raid gear to advance to the next. Vendor gear gets you to first, then the first raid, then second and so forth, so that its a process, and extends the game. Also WoW has PvP and PvE gear which can be used to join in its counterparts but and a lesser effect, two ways to get top.
2. Why do we have to restart exotics? It's cool and thank you for allowing them relevant but a complete restart? Why not pay like we do for an extra tier in the upgrade to level up, and make the 2.0 drops with the slot?

1 ReplyWow and destiny are very different games, VOG being irrelevant is a little disappointing but it's not that great a deal unless all you want from destiny is doing the vault of glass all the time. And the restart for exotics is an obvious reason, Bungie doesn't want to hand everyone who already have many exotics the upgrades instantly because then they have an extra edge on top of already owning all the exotics. It's a way to balance it and keep you working for more.
