Found out today that raid gear drops with different ammo mods on it. You may want to hold on to those shards and upgrade only up to were you unlock the last 3 upgrades. With 3 pieces of gear + 1 exotic you will have 31 light for some time. If you hold off you might get the armor you want with the right perks. I got armor with + scout ammo and + sniper. Then another dropped with + hand Cannon and + Fusion it was very interesting to see this and thought others may want to hold off to get the right piece of gear. Better than wasting your hard earned shards.. (at least for some of us out there). Feel free to give it a bump to let others know. Thanks!
