I come back to my titan after not playing him much for a few days, and don't see his murmur in the vault and none of my other characters have it, and i know for sure i didn't dismantle something like that. Looking through the forum it's happened to a number of other people. I know the policy is you don't replace items players delete, inadvertently or not, but this isn't a case of players actively getting rid of it, it's a bug/ glitch in an update you put out that just gets rid of the weapon. In a game based around loot, just telling people "tough luck, you just wasted your time" doesn't cut it at all.
