What's better on Thorn?
Send it or Perfect Balance? I don't use hand cannons often so I don't know if thorn would benefit more from one or the other

Perfect Balance with Aggressive Ballistics. Max damage and max stability with one of the fastest fire rate HC makes this a beast of a weapon for any content in the game (amazing for pve since patch and already was powerful for pvp before patch *BUT you had to get used to it*)
