It seems Bungie does not have the capability to follow the lead on successful MMO gaming companies on the market today. Thousands of problems flood the forums each day and there is no support to solve any of these issues directly. Instead, Bungie hides behind their desks, hoping that forum users will magically gain administration rights and fix it themselves. Better work on getting live support for issues submitted by your customers Bungie, or else you will find you have very little customers left. Let the users decide what they want.
