Xur and Rahool hooked me up this weekend! I still can't really believe it. I bought three engrams from Xur when he arrived at refresh, and ran straight to Rahool, knowing he would find some way to disappoint me. [b]First engram? Glasshouse.[/b] Okay, that's pretty cool, some extra weapons of light time? If that goes for the whole fireteam, that's ridiculous! [b]Second engram? Saint-14.[/b] Excellent! My favorite exotic in the game so far, and I didn't want to lose my current helm in order to upgrade. Not bad, Rahool, not bad. [b]Third engram? Obsidian Mind![/b] Wait, so my warlock blowing people up with space magic will allow me to blow up more people with more space magic?! That's so badass! Oh, crap, Iron Banner's going to be crazy.... Then, after going through the Eris quests with my different characters and leveling up from the grind, I found myself with enough motes to purchase one more engram. My buddy talked me into buying it, secretly hoping it wouldn't be something I wanted. I wasn't sure, since RNGesus hates him, but I figured, "-blam!- it, I'll roll the dice." [b]Fourth engram? ATS|8 Arachnid.[/b] I don't know how the extra golden gun zoom really affects play, but I'm looking forward to finding out, especially with different Gunslinger builds. Anyway, it's new! It's exciting! Tl;dr: I somehow rolled the three new dlc exotic helms, and my favorite exotic helm, out of engrams from Xur. Those odds, unless Bungie's leaning on the dlc all week, are extremely low. Not infinitesimal, but low. Anyone else have crazy luck this weekend with Xur, Rahool, or drops in general?
