No shards from dismantling exotics

So I've just dismantled the Crest of Alpha Lupi exotic chest armour and received 5 plasteels for my trouble... Anyone else had a similar problem? I thought exotic shards were always given from scrapping exotics?

Same here. Just dismantled a Light Beyond Nemesis and got 5 only Hadronic Essences and glimmer. Is this a bug?

I dismanteld a exotic chestpiece and only got hadrionic essence.Whats up with that.
