Had two Ice Breakers in my inventory and after i upgraded one i thought that it would not see the new one again and would allow me to upgrade my other one but for some reason it sees the old one as still needing the upgrade so i applied the upgrade TWICE TO ONE ITEM. This is something that should not be able to happen come on i feel cheated there should be some code wrote that makes a new upgrade some how different then the old one. I would like the be reimbursed for that upgrade, but i know i will not.
