Hey guys. I know there are a lot of movies and articles about this, but I was bored and wanted to talk you try it step by step. I'm Dutch so sorry for grammar errors. Little tips before you start. Normal is hard. Rank 30,31 and 32 enemies. You need fully upgraded weapons. I recommend vex, fatebringer, ice breaker, rocket launchers and heavy machine guns. Vision will do good as well. Don't try to start with 29 ranks because eventually it will be to damn hard. And get a lot. Of heavy ammo. A lot. Fase 1. The start. The whole fireteam moves up to the circle in front of the hell mouth. Light it up until the bridge glows. Then run over it and jump down. (epic start of an epic raid). Fase 2, the dark Maze. You start at the circle. In front of you there is a light pole. Let's call it light. The way to compete this Maze like area is to run towards all lights with the whole team. The moment you step of the circle you will gain weight. Up to 10x which will make you very heavy, very slow. When you reach a light you will loose the weight again back till normal depends on how long you wait. If you wait to long, the light will go out and explode. So stick togeheter to survive. Move up to the next light so on so on. If you leave people behind, they will get to heavy and they will not be able to loose weight at the lights if others run to far ahead. Remember to stay together. Off course running and dodging big holes in the floor aren't your only concern. There will be tons of tralls, and some Knights and those exploding creatures that want you dead. With the right weapons, some supers here and there and good back to back cover will get you to the end. Sometimes running is the best option. You can't kill them all. At the last light there is another circle just like the one at Fase 1. The whole fireteam needs to light up the circle to create a bridge. The bridge needs to be fully formed in order for everyone to run over it. You will need to hold that circle for some minutes while a lot of enemies will come for you including lots of nights and ogres. Good luck but you will make it guardians. Cover each other, make some good plans who covers which area and hold your ground. Eventually only one needs to cross the bridge where another ogre awaits. I don't know if he needs to die. We killed it but if it's just one or 2 that make it, I suggest you run like hell. Into the light guardian! Fase 3. The swordbearers and the gatelords . The moment you step into the big room you will see a path with again a circle. On the left and right there are totems. The moment one steps in the middle circle it starts. You will need to stay in the circle to form a bridge. When one or more are in the circle, others need to defend the totems on the left and right. When the bridge is starting to form, swordbearers will appear one by one. Each and everyone of the fireteam needs to kill 1 swordbearer and get his sword. When you have it, cross the bridge and kill the gatekeeper on the other end. You have to kill it! You can only kill it with a sword which will disappear after 20 seconds or so. The moment you killed it by keep spamming your button, you will need to get in cover. When your sword disappears, another swordbearer will appear. Do this trick over and over for every member. When there are 3 members that crossed the bridge, you will need to keep the bridge open from the opposite side. So now the 3 that crossed need to do the same as before. 1 in the middle to form the bridge and 1 on each totem. The other 3 that were still on the first area still each need to kill a swordbearer and cross but don't need to hold the totems and the circle anymore. Get in cover, kill the swordbearer and cross . When fireteam 4th member crosses fireteam bridge, wizards and more Knights will appear. These won't be a problem if you coordinate but hold those totems and fireteam bridge. The other 2 still need to cross and this will be harder because more Knights will appear. Just focus on killing the swordbearer, get the sword and run. When all members crossed you will need to step of the totems, and the circle and kill the ogres before they reach the totems. Heavy weapons out, teamwork and all out huns blazin. When you kill the ogres you are done with this Fase. Good luck guardians. In between fases, You will have to get up some stairs and get thru a hallway with some Knights and shriekers . This won't be a big problem. At the end of the hallway there is a hole you need to jump in to reach the next Fase. Fase 4, looking for crota. This Fase is probably the easiest part of the raid. Just coordinate. You will need to go 3 on 3.in from of you there are 2 Knights. You can kill them or leave them be. What you want to do is run towards the hall, jump up or use the stairs and get in the left and right towers. 3 on 3. On of both team has to go in the room across the tower and lure out the wizard. Run back to your team and kill it. Use icebreakers or heave to kill it fast. Forget other enemies or kill them fast. The moment you kill the wizards you will need to go into both rooms again and destroy the shriekers. There will be a timer. Get those shriekers before the timer reaches 0. When you got the 2 shriekers you will need to kill the wizard in the main room in the middle. After you killed it kill everything outside and inside. Remember these enemies are rank 32. Take time and they will continue to spawn. Just kill them all. When you killed them all your done with this Fase. Fase 5 crota's end. You spawn in te room with them crystal. Hug the crystal and the ritual starts. The room will be sealed and you will be surrounded by enemies. Lvl 32 knights and regular hive. When the windows dissappear oil everything. Stay in cover. Because crota's appearance, your health will not regenerate. So stay in cover and help eachother. When the rooms are cleared on has to run outside downstairs and get the relic looking thing called a chalice. The one with the chalice can get it's health back. When you picked up the chalice go back to the team waiting in the hallway and give each one the chalice till all have full health. Now a new swordbearer will appear. You will need to kill it to get his sword just like before. Everyone in the hallway should participate in killing Knights and trall around you covering the member who gets the sword. Ideal is to have the chalice and the sword at the same time. The moment one member picks up the sword, crota is vulnerable. Every has to shoot at crota with heavy weapons, I guess rockets are the way to go, to get his armor down. When his armor is 0 he will drop to his knees for seconds and the member with the sword has to be there to hit him as much as possible. Crota stands up again, allowing your fireteam to spam weapons one more time to get crota on his knees again. Again hit him with the sword as much as possible and get in cover as the sword will dissappear. Get back in cover with the whole team, use the hallway for your advantage and do this over and over again. If any of your fireteam dies,crota will use his oversoul. This oversoul work the same as the vault of glass oracles. Shoot the oversoul (big eye in the sky-you can't miss it) and revive. Or wipe and do it over. Remember guys. This isn't easy. It's not hard but it requires patience and time. And no I don't mean the weapon. You will need to do this about 10 to 15 times as a rank 30. Are you ready? I hope you are. Good luck guardians. I left out the chests because I don't have an exact location on them. I know the first one is in the Maze. When you start head to the first light and turn 90 degrees left. Straight ahead is a door. When there is a orange light above it, the chest will be in there. If not it will be in one of the next rooms. There will be one chest moving around that area. Every time you die it will be somewhere else. The second chest is at the end of the hallway where you first see the shriekers. When you walk up the stairs between fase 3 and 4,you will have to run to the end of the hallway before the door closes. The door will close very fast so avoid all enemies and sprint.
