With the release of the first expansion I figured it would be helpful to post information that we've found about it in one place. [b]Eris "Bouny" Missions[/b] When you get the sword in the first mission, you will quickly be swarmed by hive thralls. This is a great opportunity to complete the Melee Hive Quickly bounty. On the Rasputin mission, there are three dead ghosts. The first is on the far end of the hallway leading to the big fight. The second one is down some stairs in the boss chamber with Rasputin. The last one is on top of Rasputin's head. If you missed a ghost, you may have to join someone's fireteam or do the bounties on another character because they don't seem to be repeatable. There are also 3 ghosts in the mission with Crota's crystal. The first is in the left hall off of the room with water on the floor. A ghost appears on a tall pile of rocks in the next chamber, but it can be glitched and won't always be there. The last one is on top of the Golden diamond-shaped thing in the hall leading to the boss fight. If there are ghosts in the Jovian Complex, I haven't found them yet. The heart, fist, and eyes of Crota can be found in Earth Patrol at the Refinery (entrance to the wave defense part of the Sepiks Prime strike), Lunar Complex (where we awoke the Hive!), and Terrestrial Complex (outside balcony where you discover Rasputin and turn on the comm array). These rituals happen even if you aren't running the bounties, making them good spots to get Hive Major kills. To unlock the Nightfall/weekly, you must finish the Eris bounty to do the Strike on normal. But if you join a fireteam doing the Nightfall, you will get rewards even if it is locked to you. [b]Upgraded Armor/Guns[/b] All legendary/exotic drops have higher damage/light levels except for the VoG drops. Existing exotics can be upgraded by taking them to Xur for 7k glimmer and 1 exotic shard. Xur sells the shards for 7 coins. The upgraded gear starts over your perks but levels up faster than old exotics. All vendors have higher level gear and getting a whole set will get you to level 31. As before, it will require raid gear to hit the new cap, 32. For helmet or chest armor you will need Vanguard/Crucible Commendations on top of the mark cost as before, which you earn by levelling up factions.
