Light Progress Bar
I'm sure this has been answered but I've not been able to get any information about it.
Does it matter if you're a 29 or 29 "1/2", as in if you have you light bar half full to the next level do you deal extra damage?
I thought the only difference was once each level was hit, a buddy of mine told be someone close to a 30 would deal out more damage than someone who just "became" a 29.

2 RepliesI was told that the damage buff/debuff you get is based on the amount of light you have, and not the level of your character. They only correlate with each other.
