After a solid but laggy start on Skyshock, I've died half a dozen times with no kills or even assists. I finally line up a sniper shot on the opposing team's top player, and he's not looking the other way and not moving. And he's on a streak and I only need one more Enforcer medal to finish that stupid bounty from the other night. It's perfect. Crack! Crack! Two rounds in his head. Wait, that's weird--shouldn't it be one-and-done? He looks my way, starts dodging around and jumping. I go for body shots instead. Crack! Crack! Crack! Crack! Every one connects, from my perspective, but he's still fine. I drop behind an outcropping to reload, not just ducking but actually dropping over an edge to take cover behind a large piece of level geometry, and... Snap-KABOOM, says his Ice Breaker [i]through the rock[/i]. FML.
