If they're guaranteed, how many do you receive at each rank? (6) Are there any other ways to get Commendations, like as random drops at the end of a Crucible match or Vanguard strike? (7) Will the Future War Cult, Dead Orbit, and New Monarchy require Crucible Commendations to purchase gear? Will you gain Commendations for ranking up with those factions, just as with Lord Shaxx? (8) In the future, are limited-time events like Iron Banner likely to award gear equivalent to post-DLC legendary items, or to post-DLC raid-quality items? (9) Currently, the only way to reach 30 is to equip an exotic helm or the class helm that drops from Atheon at the end of the hard raid. Will that be true for level 32--that is, will you need an upgraded exotic helm or the class helm that drops from the Hard version of Crota's End?
