Are [b]all[/b] exotics going to be upgradeable, to a higher level...? Or only those which are already fully upgraded? Because personally I'm okay with the optional upgrade resetting your perks, as unless there was some cost it would be too easy for absolutely everyone to make their exotics better. [b]BUT[/b] it would be unfair if a newly acquired Exotic was just as upgradeable as a fully levelled one, because it demolishes the time and effort put into garnering xp. Thank you :)
