Doctor Nope
Got my first EVER legendary drop last night...and it turned out to be Doctor Nope. After doing a little googling it seems this rifle is basically okay, but workable assuming the "Perfect Balance" options is selected...
Unfortunately mine doesn't have that...it has some other perks, "Flared Magwell" etc.
So the question is...two fold:
1. Do weapons have their stats/perks randomized? (I didn't think they were ever different, i.e. all Dr. Nopes have the same stats and perks)..?
2. If not, when did Dr. Nope get nerfed?
Seems without perfect balance this is a much less interesting rifle...

2 RepliesHigh fire rate no impact, farely useless(but I'm a handcannon/scout rifle user). As for the perks, yes they are always random on dropped weapons/armor(minus exotics). Vendor stuff stays the same, always(right now at least, who know what'll happen when the dlc drops).

It's an awesome fun with the stability perk. You have to actually go buy the good dr. Nope from the vanguard guy.
