There seems to be an issue with Xbox live social features. You may not be able to see who is online through the game and dashboard. I did notice you may still send messages and invites to individuals through the dashboard to connect and communicate. So I am using this forum post to announce I will be on during my normal hours and to be offline by 4am (HST). You may message/invite me during these times, if Xbox/Microsoft has not resolved the social/communication issues by the time you log on. Thanks! Hope to see you online!
