Just go get one. I get a mentor mission like every day. I have been deleting the bounties because I don't need them. Lately I've been getting them, finishing the bounty, and disassembling a free exotic shard out of them. But bad juju isn't so bad. Better pulse rifles for sure. Never used it in pvp but I owned one guy over and over who insisted on using it. I think for me it's going to be a pve gun.

I like it, aside from the fact that String of Curses on mine is glitchy and doesn't always work. If it did I would probably have the gun fully upgraded by now, but I get annoyed and just don't use it much anymore. It was, however, the only pulse rifle I wanted out of the game. Never even bothered being interested in any legendaries.
