Bounty Board For Matchmaking

The title says it all. Why not just make a spot in the tower for matchmaking, instead of trying to use the forums, or a remote matchmaking in orbit? How it works: just like the bounty board in the tower, except this bounty board (calling it BB from now on) has a list of guardians who requested help for either a raid or strikes of all difficulty. You just approach the board and you can either search for someone who needs help, or request your own. Obviously it'll show what they need help with (Tiger Strike, VoG, Black Garden). By requesting help, if anyone finds your message, your stats (race, level, gender, etc. along with defense and equipped items) will be shown. They can further investigate your character by clicking it. This eliminates the hassle of finding someone on these forums, and also saves time. And if you want to help, the fire team leader receives a message saying someone responded to his request (this allows the fire team leader to have control over who joins). If he allows you to join, you join the fire team. If not, you stay in the tower and hopefully have better luck with someone else. Also, side noting, the BB holds records of how many times you've been helped and how many times you helped someone else. This determines how frequent you are shown on the BB. Someone who has a lot more of "I've been helped" then "I've helped others" won't be shown as much (or with as much priority) as someone who's helped others a lot more. This eliminates trolls, non-team players, and also gets straight to the point. If this is implemented, perhaps after the raid/strike, the fire team leader has an option to thumbs up/thumbs down the requested help on his BB tracker. This might also play a factor into how frequent they show. Obviously you can only do one request at a time, until you either delete the previous one, or it is completed. So... Feedback?
