The Monte Carlo really does need a buff to bring it in line with hard light at least. The hip fire perk is near useless on this gun, firstly because of its accuracy from hip in the first place and no-one is going to hip fire unless you get some sort of damage bonus, like TLW perk. The melee perk is near impossible to use in endgame content, and is really a gimmick for using in lower level content. And yes I know that some of you enjoy throwing your knives and getting that flame shield, but the majority of us don't really have a reason to get up close. I suggest them changing the hip fire perk to third eye if this weapon was supposed to be used in close range this will be a benefit. The melee perk could be changed to something like increase reload speed AND increase stability every time you get a PRECISION kill. Similar to the 2 Hunter gunslinger perks. Also if none of these could not be changed, please just buff the impact... It's just embarrassing. Please leave your thoughts and get some sort of buff.
