The start of the raid all the way to Atheon is pretty easy without a mic if that raider knows whats going on. Two people on each plate to open the vault. Even number of people on each conflux, shoot any oracles that pop up, snipe the snipers, and either kill templar legit or push him off. Follow the 30 or 29 through the Gorgon's Maze, then wait forever at the jumping puzzle. Like I said, pretty easy.
When you enter the Throne room, this is when it gets tough. Hopefully everyone knows how to do the Gatekeeper phase. This part can be chaotic. But after a couple of tries, it will be done.
Atheon, Time's Conflux has a simple rinse and repeat strategy to kill him. But without mics this can be hard. How would a person that gets teleported tell the people outside which portal they're in? Or vise versa?
The Answer: The Radar!
The radar points to the directions that your teammates are in. So I did some experimenting, and found this; when Atheon teleports your team to the Future(green, venus, whatever) then the arrow for their location points towards that portal(right of the entrance). But with the past(red, orange, mars, whatever), the arrow points towards the door. With this the people on the outside can tell which time they are in without communication.
I also have another strategy for people without mics;
Go buy one!
I hope this helps! Bump so we can get this trending!

The Key to Raiding(Without Mics): Don't! If you have an X1 you got a mic with it. Who know's what you get with a PS4?
