Nerf suros regime and shotguns
Nerf Suros regime with removing it's perfect balance
Nerf shotguns by doing less damage like you did in halo

Try to outsmart me noob
Nerf everything, make them shoot foam darts, rocket launcher should fire stuffed toys, grenades like a stress ball , make the nova bomb a yoga ball

I dont know what the answer is really. I havent had to much of an issue with Suros users, I know they are the best AR's when it comes to a 1v1 scenario against them but I feel about 50% of the time I can win. Shotguns tho are just godly. Mix in blinking, sliding, or melee/shogun combo and its overwelming. I had a Warlock try to blink over me, then slide, then spam melee/shoot/melee/shoot..he didnt get me cause I ran backwards shooting at him but it was funny to see a guy try to cheese his way into a kill so hard. I think anytime a secondary weapon in a game becomes the primary weapon used in matches..their has to be some sort of problem going on. The shotgun is the most effective tool when coupled with blink, slide, and melee. To top it off Destinys high hit points in PvP allow an opponent to close the gap pretty easy too. Add in the last factor of many players having terrible ping and its a reciepe for disaster.

1 ReplyShotguns have already been nerfed in fact i want to say they are already on par with halo save for the ones that have higher range. And Suros doesn't need a nerf i think in part that the slower rate of fire counters it, its supposed to be an auto rifle that can fire like a scout rifle in my opinion

Everything is balanced in the Crucible, so just change your play style, use those weapons or get better, but for the love of god, you and every other cry baby needs to stop. You may not be good. This is real life, everyone doesn't get a trophy. You need to accept the fact, especially since in the Crucible everything is balanced, hence why we had Iron Banner, that you may just suck or people with those weapons get the drop on you. Try to get better, not change weapons because they don't work for YOU. Other people may enjoy them and others still maybe able to beat them. I know when I see or here a shotgun I back up. When someone is shooting me with anything, including Suros, I strafe left and right. So again, you may just suck. So suck it up, bring your game up instead of having to bring the game down to your level, stop crying and trying to change the game for your needs. It's selfish. & that goes for everyone else that wants things nerfed to. I'm just venting on the post, it's selfish and back before they could do patches on games (yes I'm old) if there was something like this happening, instead of complaining about it, since nothing could happen, we got better. I know, that takes work and commitment and it's easier to just have the devs change the game to fit your skill level better than actually putting in time, strategy and intelligence to over come the problem

Simple solution ~ Have SUROS do less base damage. Make it so that ammo drop rate is decreased to a reasonable level, this goes along with special ammo crate spawns.

I agree with the Suros thing, but shotguns were crushed with the nerf so much everyone uses fusion rifles. I get so mad when I see fusion rifles I just have to pop the noobs with my Bad Juju.

9 RepliesShotguns and auto rifles were already nerfed. Shotgun range reduced, same with auto rifles. Both classes of weapons can be countered and beat without much trouble. You stop that nonsense noise making, you stop it right now mister man.

6 RepliesShotguns and suros work how they're supposed. Fusion rifles are in need of a serious nerf however. Literally everyone is running around using nothing but pocket infinity, light beware, 77 wizard or plan c all match without ever switching to another weapon and it's incredibly annoying.
