Just for debate - the fact that the most successful consoles financial sponsor is heading into a deficit. What does that mean for future developments on PS platforms if Sony continue to decline in profits? In comparison to Microsoft which has shown profits year in/out [u]BUT has[/u] made staff cutbacks to its games development subsidiary's, has made a loss on its initial launch of Xbox One and Share Holders are calling for divisions to be dissolved. (Edit) Please do not bring the console war to this discussion. This is about what would happen to PlayStation if Sony were to alter its development plans... For example: " A major computer manufacturer" might buy PlayStation. And what would that mean for Microsoft?
