Well, I went to the Tower today to decrypt some engrams, get my "quite content damsel" for the 8th time, and turn in some bounties. First I went to Master Rahool and cried (not) when I got no legendaries. Then I was off on my merry way to see that gorgeous shipright Amanda Holiday (Boy would I like to take her out this Halloween!). After that I took a nice jog over to the bounty master. Much to my surprise, he wasn't there!! I ran a few circuits of the area to see if he would spawn, but nothing happened! Some other players ran up, and seeing he was gone, kept running, confused as to what they should do. Alas, as I was about to take a picture with my phone, down from the sky comes the bounty master, ready to hand over XP for my bounties. My question: Has this happened to anyone else? It seems kind of funky for a server full of players to have an unspawned AI, given that they should never despawn, and/or should spawn whenever someone joins the lobby. Anyways, comment with your stories and ideas.
