So i just found hunter build using Universal Remote.
That video above is basically how i felt 100% of the time while using it.

Blink
Escape Artist
Path Forgotten
Fleet Footed
Way of the Fearless
Stalker
Weapons
Universal Remote
Light beware ( any will do, but I run one with accelerated Coils)
any heavy weapons but I run Swarm, Jodoer's hammer or corrective measures
