        Hi guys, first of all I must say that I'm an Italian boy of 16yrs so don't be surprised if my English isn't perfect. I've got some ideas while playing with my friends and some reading discussions so if some are copied I swear that I didn't make it on my will. I will start talking about the city and the tower. Please note that it will take a long time to read it all. [b]The Tower[/b] This is the place where you should pass time shopping, taking bounties and meet friends, but this is the only thing you make, in fact I pass only 3-4 minutes for engrams and bounties. Here there are some ideas to make the Tower more interesting. - Add increased level for the gunsmith, so you can buy rare and then legendary weapons with glimmer, and you upgrade it doing bounties for him, like killing 50 enemies in one hour with pulse rifle, anyway not bounties like exotic ones, simple bounties that you can do without difficult. - The Cryptharch (or whatever its name is in English). I think that levelling him (I've him at 23) he should sell rare end then legendary engrams (level 20 and 30?). - Eva Levante please change your shaders - Add a bulletin board where guardians can join fireteams that want to do raids or Nightfall strikes. - Add a briefing room where you have a map of the zone and two list: one with hp and weapons of the enemies of the mission and one with yours hp and weapon so you can decide who will attack who. They maybe can even add a chat. I would do it in the bar where Xûr once appeared. [b]The City[/b] This is the LAST city on the Earth so why can't we visit it? Some ideas on how open it. - Apartments like the Mass Effect 3 Citadel's DLC, that you can personalise with glimmer and display your weapons and armours so that you can wear normal clothes in the apartments. Add a mini game zone with friends, like chess,pool table and video games (a game in game). Then add a garage to display your sparrows. How may we get to our apartments? With closed lifts on the left of the main hall an then use sparrows in motorways or simply using that futuristic Osprey that come every minute at the Tower. - A square or a strip like the Sunset Strip from ME3 (I love Mass Effect) where you can meet your companions and have fun in casino or shooting range where you kill virtual enemies of crescent level and I f you complete it you get an engram (10-15 level green engram, 15-28 blue, 28-30 purple). Then add furniture vendor and a Chryptharc in this strip. [b]Weapons[/b] This is maybe the longest part of my speech, but I think that is pretty cool. - Let us make a our weapon, that we obtain through a bounty, a really difficult bounty not like exotic ones, that can't be obtained farming, like 500 head shots of 28 level fallen, and once you complete it you can choose freely your weapon (if is a revolver an auto or a pulse rifle, or a single shot, a sniper rifle or a fusion or a shotgun a rocket launcher or a heavy machine gun) its colour and its skills, its magazine and so on. It would be a "red" weapon not "yellow" (exotic). This is a mine example. Freedom (sniper rifle) "[i]We searched it for ages, it's time to get it[/i]" 330 of attack, 6 magazine with max of 24,three special skills: Third eye: you see the radar while aiming Heavy bullets: they pierce the enemy shield and hit the enemy hp Lucky round: one bullet of the magazine can kill instantly one normal enemy even level 30 This is an idea, add yours - Add revisited weapons, like a futuristic AK-47 or a M2 an RPG or a M4 - Let us wear how many exotic weapons we want, and only one "red" (hyper rare the name maybe?),for example I have a lot of exotics but only one max levelled. - Add new types of weapons, for example the rail gun and the grenade launcher. The first one should be a secondary, that could fire enemy in line, with the power of a fusion rifle and the range of a sniper, the magazine of a rocket launcher and reloading of a heavy machine gun. The grenade launcher should be a heavy weapon and, well you know how it would work, three or four magazine and acts like a shotgun when reloading and like a rocket launcher when firing. - Add even swords and shields, like the Crota and the VoG'ones with their related ranks (normal, not common, rare, legendary, exotic and hyper rare) [b]Armours[/b] For this section I won't tell a lot of thing cause I think that they are right how they are now, I would only add red armours like the weapons. [b]Sparrows[/b] -Are supposed to be the our transport vehicles but what if they could shoot? Yes add exotics Sparrows with guns and different aspect, guns like Barracuda or Interceptor and you should buy ammo for them. - Obviously add Sparrow races, with 12 players and the ones who reach the podium get rewards like rare or ,rarely, legendary engrams. - Sparrows should be totally customised, you choose the colour and if show the emblem, and on the exotic you would choose the weapons. [b]Ghost[/b] It's our loyal companion and should help us as it can. But it's actually only a door key and a flashlight. - Let us customise our ghost with colour and shape, buying them from the Speaker for glimmer. - Add more functions, this is an example for PS3 -Once pressed select you can press triangle to go in orbit, leave fireteam or abandon mission, square for vehicle, cross for a map of the zone (yes please add it) and circle for use the synthesis of the weapon you have equipped (first summoning the ghost I was using a launcher, pressing circle I'll use purple synthesis). Then add they keeping pressed circle you can buy synthesis without going to the Tower an pressing cross you summon a menu where you can accept the bounties without going to the Tower. [b]Ships[/b] This is an interesting section and I really hope that can become reality. - Airstrike. In the Ghost menu with L1 you aim the zone where you want to attack and with R1 you fire. More high is the level of the ship more is the power of the attack,the reloading time for a second attack and the magazine of ammo. Obviously you have to buy ammo even for the ship. - Starships battle, PvE and PvP, with at maximum 12 in PvP and 6 in PvE. The manoeuvres should be the same of an aircraft, and you can choose if see it in 3rd person or 1st. Obviously in PvP you don't waste ammo. [b]Shaders[/b] - Add more space and let Eva Levante sell more shaders - Once reached level 30 create your own shader with 25 shads and every colour you want costs 1500 glimmer [b]Emblem[/b] -The same of shaders, you create your own with shads and every colour and shape costs 1000 glimmer [b]Inventory[/b] The inventory is the place for bounties materials and power ups, so I'll talk about them in this section. - Add more space for glimmer and marks, maybe infinite -The materials should be easier to obtain, maybe paying glimmer or marks for a 16 pack (5k glimmer or 15 marks) - Add 5 space for bounties so we have 10 spaces. [b]Vanguard[/b] Ok the Vanguard is composed by three champions of the Tower and you can buy things with their marks, but why when I level it they sell the same things? What about once reached level 10 the sell armours that have 30 of light and at level 20 they sell exotics armours that belonged to that three champions? [b]Crucible[/b] Many complained about the rewards, even I once, cause in a match a guy who killed no one and died 2 times got a legendary engram. I'd add new modalities like capture flag, de active bombs like in rush of BF4 or a death match where if you die you get eliminated. Obviously you can't use synthesis or air strikes. [b]Strikes and Incursions[/b] - Like I previously said add a bulletin board, for Nightfall and VoG. - Add wave mode. I thought one, here it is. "Our worst dream has just begun: the fallen and the hive allied together, and they are going to attack our walls, let's destroy them" The speaker In this mode all guardians can join, and decide if staying on the walls or going down to kill the enemies body to body. The ones on the walls can use their sniper rifles and the special ammo would spawn every 5 minutes, the heavy every 7.5. On the walls you have also the turrets, which can fire in auto mode with bullets or rocket. The ones that are down in the field could call in their ships every 2 minutes and would find more ammo. This would last a weekend and at the end you reward is based on the K/D rating, the light spheres, the kills and assists. [b]Patrols[/b] In patrols you get the materials you need for weapon and armour, but cause you could buy, they would be easier to found and the treasure chests would give 5 material at least. - Add map as previously said - The public events should be more frequent and more different, like place a bomb, make a recognisance without killing anyone (stealth mode) or destroy an enemy ship. - Add levelled patrols, like level 22-26-28-30 so that it's more engaging and the loot drone treasure chest is better [b]Characters[/b] Have you ever met a guy or a girl that exactly looks like you? Yes I have. Add more personalisation and a Barber Shop where you can change your aspect for 1000 glimmer, maybe in the square or the strip from ME3. Then add specified missions for races, like meet the people of the city for human and help them, serve the queen for the awoken or help the Stranger Exo for the Exo. [b]Classes[/b] - Please guys add the third class cause I'm a Hunter and with the Pretorian I have some problem cause I don't have void damage. - Make that the class as its own shield (Bladedancer Hunter has arc shield) - Make missions for classes, like the Hunter has to survive in the Cosmodrome alone, the Titan has to defend the walls and the Warlock can learn more about the Traveler.           As she struggled with the straps of her armor, she contemplated the adventure to come. The plasteel plate sealed itself around her ankle with a hiss, the synthetic fiber lining bristling as the life support systems came online. After all this time, her suit had almost become a part of her, its low thrum of energy seeming to mimic the tension she felt as she rose from the bed. The landing platform was deserted. She looked out over the horizon, taking in the view of the night sky. Far below, she could just make out the sprawling array of rusting aircraft, forgotten relics from some ancient past. Among them, she knew that something stirred, clawing and scraping in the shadows. It was here that her ghost had found her all those months ago. Somehow, the machine had revived her, brought her back. Whatever had taken her life before the ghost's arrival had been long since lost to time. She had no memory of who she had been, of the people whom she must have known, and loved. She was only sure of one thing: if she had died, then she must have [i]lived.[/i] Tonight, she would find her answers, no matter the cost. Her jumpship glistened with dew as the moon reflected off of its battered hull. The old hulk was no longer capable of space travel, but it would be enough. She had heard whispers from the other guardians, those who had traveled to the moon, and some from places further still. The Fallen had spread even to Venus. They were winning the war, and using our own weapons to defeat us. Reports had surfaced that a Prime had lead them to Earth, that this sentient machine was able to access databanks from man's golden age and repurpose that lost knowledge to engineer our own destruction. Many had little hope for mankind's survival. Still, there were other tales, of victories won on distant planets and hard fought battles against relentless alien foes. Deep beneath the Venusian surface, legend has it that a cybernetic monstrosity had emerged that could control the fabric of space and time. He had threatened all of existence, but was defeated by a cunning warlock who lured him to his death in the bottomless chasm beneath his lair. On Mars, a Cabal warlord was said to have been vanquished by a small team of guardian snipers who were able to dispose of him from the safety of a clever hiding spot. Now it would be her turn. She had learned that a Prime had been spotted, lurking in the ruins of the Cosmodrome just outside the Traveler's reach. Someone must have known who she was, of the life she had once lived. If this machine had accessed the primitive databanks man had left behind, perhaps it would have the answers she sought. She took a last look down at the hefty revolver at her side. It had been her constant companion these last months. She remembered when she had first held it, afraid of its mass and power. Despite her trepidation, she had practiced her aim on the scavenging creatures of the Skywatch, trying to follow them through the gunsight as they burst from the caves in an endless flood. She slew them until she could no longer count how many, until the mass of iron felt like a part of her as it roared and thrashed in her grasp. Until the day came when there were no more left to kill. The time had come. She was ready. Tonight she knew she faced a far greater threat than the mindless dregs below, and had briefly considered leaving the old revolver behind in favor of one of the much more formidable weapons that were offered in the Tower. These were beyond her reach, however, as she had little means with which to buy them, and she had grown far too attached to her weapon of choice as it was. Better to choose the devil she knew. Tonight she could take no chances. Her ghost could not accompany her. Like all of the others, it was in its weekly shutdown cycle, a necessary reboot to repair the ongoing effects of the Traveler's influence. The guardians called it Nightfall, for that is when their ghosts slept, and when none but the most foolhardy warriors would venture out without the safety of their robotic companions. If she fell in battle, there would be no second chances, but this was also why she had chosen this very evening to enact her plan. The enemies of mankind had learned our patterns, our weaknesses, and they knew we dared not confront them tonight. She would face the danger alone, but her enemy would not expect her. She would creep into their lair, find the Prime, and find her answers. The cockpit hatch slid open and the pressurized gasses within escaped, caressing her cheek like a warm breeze. There was no going back. She knew the risks. She had heard the legends. Tonight, she would learn hers.

          • Hello Guardians, As you all know, when pushing into the new frontier of high level content, we here at Bungie had to figure out a new exciting way for you to bring your hard earned gear along for the ride. We always strive to bring you a fresh exciting experience and change the way you interact with our world, or we should say, your world. It was definitely a challenge figuring out the best way to get your favorite old gear ready for The Dark Below. We first ran through a few of the most obvious ways we could do this: 1) We could expand the upgrade trees of your currently owned exotics, making room for several higher level damage 'bubbles'. These new upgrades would require radiant shards earned in the new raid. 2) We could make you trade in the gear you put a lot of work into and give you new higher base stat gear and allow you to re-level it using our current system of experience and bounty fulfillment. (By our tone, you can see how we felt off the bat about undoing your hard work and offering nothing new). 3) We could bring something entirely new and exciting to the table. This option would certainly require a bit of extra work for our staff, but we committed to making an incredible universe and experience for our fans. Through the culmination of our thoughts, your input, and our programmers sweat and tears, we at Bungie are proud to bring you: The Dark Hunt. Xur, Agent of Nine, was not alone in his most recent visit to the tower. He brought with him, Tyor, a member of the Jovian council hailing from Jupiter. The Jovians are facing a terrible threat, reawakened by the emergence of Crota, on their home planet. Hive Dementors, pure energy based culminations of the darkness, are roaming Jupiter and wreaking havoc. They are calling all Guardians with immense strength of light to help them stall this threat and save the Jovian population. So Guardian, do you have what it takes? Guardians that choose to embark on these Dark hunts do so at their own peril, however, those who succeed in helping the war effort will not go unnoticed. Tyor has spoken with his council and they have agreed that each Guardian successful in his or her hunt of the Jovian threat will be rewarded with a Tear of Light. Tears of light contain the sorrow and light emitted from the transformation of human's in the Jovian system. They are extremely powerful, but very rare. It is said that if you apply a Tear of Light to fully upgraded exotic weapons or armor, it will take on a new level of power. and some may even gain new properties and abilities... See you on Jupiter Guardian, that is of course, if you have what it takes... ** Bungie did not create this. This is just sort of how I was hoping things might go with this expansion. If I worked there, I would have pushed for something like this. I hope you like it. I apologize in advance, I had a lot of free time this morning (hehe). I'm just unhappy with the way Bungie expanded our game play hours by taking away work we already put in. In a different universe, maybe an update like this exists.**

            • Dear Bungie, I've spent to much fking time leveling up all my exotic weapons and all my exotic armor pieces, one at a time, ive spent so much time farming materials, so many mind numbing bounties, I've even, just yesterday, broken a few down a few exotics (that were completely leveled) for the exotic shards to finish upgrading after the recent update. And now you're telling me all that meant nothing? Not only do I have to start leveling up each piece of exotic armor and each weapon again, I have to fking pay you to do it? Plus I have to spend strange coins to do it? Aaaaaand I need to rank up again to buy the better legendary items that now make my current legendary weapons/armor useless??? I was really excited about the DLC until this morning, good thing I didn't preorder. Signed, One less player.

              • Buff up the: "The Vex Mythoclast" it has to be at least 340 or 399 and the impact,rate of fire stability, range had to be original the way it was! "The Nechrocasm" has to be totally fixed it's the impact damage is horrible and the range has to be higher too! rate of fire NEEDS TO BE EVEN OUT WITH THE RANGE AND THE IMPACT FIX THOSE!!

With no puzzle or special thing to do just kill or die if your fire team dies you start over at the beginning like a super big night fall strike Look, the sword of crota guys are sweet but the random battles need too be wars. See way send one spider tank for a public event we kill it 2 fast send 3. random tanks would be even sweeter to not even for public events A Archon priests guy fireteam or a horde of ogres mix it a strike where you go through all the areas of the planet with wars going on on each field . we need random Surprises not the same guys in the same place new that spawn after you kill them and new breeds like fallen knights or wizards, hive worm tanks or hive drills reanimated guardians for the vex new random enemy's. on another note make all the caves on all the planets connect it would be a maze the best part of Vog was the tunnels add enemies to that and you got sweet a shop so we can change your characters look or just hair and make up . A trading post to sell guns that you don't want or armor you don't need New areas on all the planets not even part of any expansion. im Titan but I would love to have the hunters grenades even if it cost me twenty five thousand glimmer 2times to substitute one of my grenades in my class for that one or the Warlocks blast. remember New is better change is good and randoms the best

                    • DeeJ, for the next weekly update could I pose the following questions to the team : [Edited to add player submitted questions] - As someone who never got to do VoG, are there going to be any upgrades in the rewards to compel people to still play it? - Since the raid legendaries represent special achievements that not all players complete, are there any plans to allow raid-only items to be upgraded, similar to recent exotic upgrades? - What is the status on LFG functionality in-game so I don't have to use a 3rd party website to put a raid team together? - Are there plans for a 3rd subclass? I can see a box in the interface for it, and there was a lot of expectation that it would be added soon - I can see a lot of backstory through the grimoire cards, but not in the game. Are there plans to add this? The current feeling is that there isn't much story to be found - Are there any plans to implement group / clan features in-game? Again I can find these outside the game but coordinating these functions through 3rd party is clunky - Vault space is running low for some of us. Are there any plans to implement additional storage or a bag system? - Can we get a replacement method for turning materials into marks? Are there plans to allow other kinds of mark exchanges? - Currently there are 4 groups that accept crucible marks, but only 1 that accepts vanguard marks. Given the large focus on PVE content, can we get an additional vendor that accepts vanguard marks? - Since Xur is a weekend-only vendor, are there plans to prevent items from reoccurring in consecutive weeks for the same class? Players feel that they are randomly put at a disadvantage when item selection repeats - Now that there is new content from the DLC, are there any plans to increase the weekly mark limit above 100? - Any plans for crucible capture the flag?                           • Of all the things the "Players" wanted this was def not one of them. Bungie you have a laundry list of promises that you made that needs to be fulfilled. Things were said before this game launched and no one has forgot them. Your fan base wants you to own up and at least have a little respect for yourself . Its called integrity, long lost art I know.. personally I know 100 people who play this game and none of us plan on buying the second one. I hope that hundred turns into 100 more and 100 more and so on. Hopefully the second game will bankrupt so hard that you will look back and think if we would have just been true to our word. Life lesson needs to be learned . The players play the game not you. And if you want to be an asshole and say dont play the game when the next one fails cuz no one plays it I dont want to hear it.

                              • So the new dlc will let u do all the work on weapons/armor you have done, over again. Hey I have an idea just take all our stuff and let us grind to find it all over again too. Set our characters back to zero while your at it. That's sounds like a blast. Just charge us 20 bucks to start the game over. Or Just let us F'ing UPGRADE from where we are!!! Good god bungie. And what about the raid weapons we spent months trying to get? why the hell can't we upgrade those. Bungie your biggest problem is you don't respect your players time and effort. Pressing reset on months of work is NOT fun. You had too many people liking the new patches so you had to go back to your old ways. You just ruined the dlc. Instead of looking forward to getting new weapons and upgrading current ones. We'll spend 90 percent of our time. Re-doing the last three months. Or more likely just let go of most of weapons and armor it took FOREVER to get. So now Ice breaker, Galji and one piece of armor. Is all most will upgrade over again. This is the worst of all your bad ideas....smdh.
