Buff all Supers

Note: only talking a PvE buff here, people So the last couple of days I have had a post going called Buff Golden Gun, where I've gotten a lot of helpful input that has helped me to focus in on what I think the problem is. Basically, supers are useless in PvE once you hit level 20. As soon as you can use legendary/exotic guns, there is almost always a gun that is better than your super. Take, for instance, Atheon. Both Ice Breaker and Ghorn are way better than any offensive super, which makes no sense. Our supers are supposed to be the be all end off for our class; why is this rocket launcher that I got from a purple engram in a loot chest on Venus better than a golden gun? Why is it that this hand cannon, which is fueled by the Light and fires the sun, is weaker than my sniper? Even against normal enemies, it's essentially a slingshot. It takes 4 GG shots to kill a level 26 yellow bar Minotaur as a level 29. Are guardians that much weaker than our enemies? The same goes for striker titans. In PvE, using the striker super usually means leaving yourself in the middle of a group of enemies who are almost dead, but still attacking you. On any higher difficulty, this usually means dying. Bladedancers, the most frustrating super in PvP, are the worst in PvE. To attack with it, you have to put yourself within melee range of your target, with a minuscule defense buff. On a boss, this is absolutely useless. Always. Now, I don't have a warlock so I can't make any claims about those supers. I've heard that radiance is fine as is, what with the self-rez bit, but that nova bomb could be better. I'm also completely satisfied with how the defender bubble plays out in PvE; it makes or breaks so many Nightfalls. I guess what it comes down to, is that all of the offensive supers need some sort of offensive buff in PvE. Now this doesn't necessarily have to be a damage buff, since I know that would be hard to keep separate from PvP. It could, however, just be a perk for each class that makes your super do more damage against the Darkness. Simple. Or each perk could be more unique. Give Golden Gun a perk that lets it do precision damage. This wouldn't affect PvP, where it is already a one-shot, and wouldn't make it more effective against Titan bubbles. It would also encourage aiming more. Give the bladedancer a perk that makes its blade stun non-Guardians that it hits. This would allow a dancer to super, attack a boss or crowd, and leave before the death that is currently inevitable. Allow strikers to receive an over shield and melee boost after supering, as long as at least one monster was killed by it. This would allow the Titan to fight its way out, but discourage supering into a group of enemies with full health. Again, I don't have a lot of knowledge about nova bomb, but I'm sure someone could help me out here. Maybe some lingering void damage? Basically, there is an obvious problem where our greatest attacks are outclassed completely by chunks of metal that we carry. I know I am not the only one that thinks this, and there are some pretty easy fixes for it. If anyone else has any input, I would love to hear it!
