I peordered the expansion but I did not recieve a Tumbler :(
Exactly what the title says. I preordered my expansion with the Digital Guardian Edition offered on PSN. I paid over $100 before launch for the game and both expansions to come. I did not receive a Tumbler Sparrow at my post master. I would really like to try it out and have some fun with it. Why didn't I get one?

I have the same problem, I did all the steps mentioned in the help section but nothing.

I’m having trouble finding my Tumbler Sparrow in-game. The Sparrow is available at the Postmaster on the first character you log into after purchasing the Expansion Pass. Once you redeem the Sparrow, it will be available for all of your characters.
