I have a vanquisher that has 2 random perks. One of the perk is reactive reload (increase damage after reloading after a kill) and the second one increase reload speed dramaticaly after a precision kill. The problem is those 2 perks can't work at the same time which is VERY annoying. I get bonus damage after reloading if I kill my target with body shot but my reload is slow. When I kill with precision shot I only get the speed up reload and no bonus damage. Is it intented or a bug?
