I don't really know if this was intended, but i'm going to pressume it isn't. Yesterday i decide to take a break from grinding my warlock, and decided it was time to start a new character as i'm running out of things to keep me playing this game. I decided to start with a hunter, as it seems to be a popular choice amongst the fan base, and i thought i'd be a bit of fun to play as a hunter. Soon followed; During the opening cutscene ( the one where your ghost is looking for your body ) I pressed start to open the character menu during this cutscene as i wanted to see how rubbish the starter armor looked on the hunter haha! But in doing so, i realised i could choose between the 2 subclasses, despite being level 1, so i chose Blade dancer as opposed to Gunslinger and soon enough, i reached level 2 and earned an unlock for the Blade Dancer subclass. Now i'm not too sure if you click on my Bungie profile and look through my characters, you should be able to see the gear etc on my characters, and if you view my hunter, i believe it will show him as equipped with Blade Dancer, if not, i will have to wait till i'm home to confirm that in fact i have been given the choice between the two sublcasses and like i said, I wasn't sure if this was actually supposed to happen!
