If you're going to make the argument that they shouldn't vote because they're not educated enough, then you ought to restrict the majority of voters today that aren't educated enough to vote but still vote anyway. If you're going to make the argument children aren't tall enough to drop their ballot in the box, then they should be accommodated as per the disability act.
There's really no reason why kids shouldn't vote beyond the misconception that they're not educated enough to vote. Perhaps they are, but most adults are uneducated in politics too.
Please, I'd love to hear a counterargument.

I believe that it makes people vote. If you have an age restriction then people want to do it. (alcohol age 21) Tons of kids kill themselves because of alcohol poisoning.
