instead of having your equipment matter.. (this would be for non iron banner). have it so all equipment is the same (except weapon choice).. if you have pulse rifle you will have a pulse rifle that will have the same stats as everyone else that has a pulse rifle equipped. same with armor, everyone would have the same set of armor (they would give no ability boots, no stat increase, no bonus to max ammo, etc) things that would be different per person would be 1. class skills selected 2. weapon types you selected 3. how your char looks (shaders, armor) everything else would be the same for all chars
