exotic bounty, depleted hand cannon
I've got my first exotic bounty, it holds the depleted hand cannon. However once I finished my task a new one appeared.. This one says I need to harvest 500 hive energies on the moon.. Does this mean killing 500 hive minions? Hoe do you think i can complete this one fastest? I was thinking doing story mission with heroic modifier on.. And another thing, how many of these tasks will I have to do to complete this bounty and how long will it take me?

2 RepliesI personally did Shrine of Oryx with heroic on and you can finish this part of Thorn bounty in like 2 runs.

Honestly until they buff thorn you may as well wait on finishing your bounty.

1 ReplyYep, you need to kill 500 I believe on that one. Each of the exotic bounties have 4-5 steps, some in regular play, some in crucible. Certain story missions have swarms of hive ( I think sword of Crota? ), and you can blaze this step. Some steps have negatives too. Going for kills to get "Super Good Advice", the exotic machine gun, you have to use another machine gun to get your kills. If you use a rocket launcher you actually lose points, but they always tell you what you need to do...
