Hi Bungie. I've been with you since Oni and Halo. I used to play Oni listening to Linkin Park and also have very fond memories of playing Halo with friends when I was a kid. I've admired you and your games for so long that I jumped into the Destiny experience without blinking. Bought the Digital Guardian ed. with expansion pass with full trust in your capabilities. Played Destiny since Beta and loved it... So manny hours I've put on the game to get where I'm at now with my 29 Titan. I've recked in the crucible to the point I got to rank 5th in my country according to Destiny Tracker. I've solo'd Weekly's to get the coins for the gear I wanted from Xür and keep aquiring the pieces that will make my Titan even more Titan. I've defended you with my Ward of Dawn in this forum from haters. Believed in this game with all I had. Now, I feel forgotten and crossed. For the past 3, almost 4 weeks I havent been able to play the game I love. Constant errors... Disconnections... Thousands have reported the same problems. I have posted countless times here on the forums for help and received no answer. Did everything suggested on bungie.net with no effect. I now realise that in all my life, I've never payed an online game with so little stabillity and with such long response time from the company to solve problems. I am disapointed. So, I have 3 questions that I believe thousands of your players and fans (like me) would like a straight answer to: 1: what did you do on the update/patch of the 30th of October that started most of these issues for most players? 2: are you addressing this issue as a priority 1 task? 3: do you have any idea why this is happening? Please answer us. We deserve at least an answer after our investment towards the game. I just want to be able to play Destiny with the quallity I so firmly believed you could delliver.
