1 ReplyI read the first part and stopped, and here's why, do you know how many 30s my guild had picked that knew NOTHING of the raid? How to run the raid, how to use the relics, killing oracles, gate keepers, I could go on, in short, you're not a fake 30. You're a PVE useless 30, because you do not have the experience to run SKILLED PVE events.

2 RepliesDoesnt matter, because you don't have all your raid armor and maxed. Dont give a lick what people say, if you've got the lvl, you can help out with a raid. I've got it both ways. Personally I think the PvP armor looks better. When you meet a real gamer and not an elitist, MLG punk, what matters is whether or not you can help the team, not how you got to that point. As long as you didn't break the game code ;-)

1 ReplyDude who cares what others think? It's the same of Xurning vs Earning, you actually EARNED the strange coins to BUY the exotics, the "earners" got its randomly. I have received exotics both ways and sure everyone has. I also have a full raid gear 30 and then 2 IB 30s with the IB boots. Guess what? Which one did I EARN? The IB stuff because all my raid gear was randomly dropped and between my three guys, I've been running at least 3 raids a week (before I realized you get double drops by doing hard first) since week 2ish? If your level says 30 you are a REAL 30. And those who troll level 29s for not being 30 they are usually the ones that got carried through raid and RNGesus bestowed his gifts on him for literally doing nothing but playing with himself. Let the Internet trolls go back to their never ending lives of disappointment and anime porn

1 ReplyLol i grinded for Lvl 4 in IB got the gauntlets after 10 raids of Chatterwhite, 3 sets of each raid weapon ( vision, found, gallajhorn, and machine gun. No sniper ) and 2 sets of chest and boots. So I buy gaunts get to 30, run the raid and immediately get the gaunts. HAHA ..... U got me RNG!

Yea so hate this fake real lvl 30 s..t I have a 30 hunter every raid peice 3 of each include helmets I can swap what I want and still be 30. I have a 29 titan just need a raid chest. Ive completed the raid over 25 times normal and hard and still missing pieces for titan. So I got my warlock to lvl 20 and boom ib and exotic to hit lvl 29 sence the raid never pays out. Try calling me fake 30 once I get there. Btw ib 30 is harder a full week to get your gear hours of game play. Raid 1 hour completed no loot have to wait next week.

It's a waste of time and breath to try to reason with irrational people. The only people who claime that IB 30s are "fake 30s" are.... 1. Children who---because of the new level 30s---can no longer lord their good fortune with loot drops over others. 2. Jealous level 29 raiders who either were unwilling or unable to take advantage of the opportunity that IB presented. Ignore them.

-blam!- 'em. You worked for it, they ground the raid for it. You had a goal in sight, a set reward. They got lucky. They didn't earn shit. They found it. I found raid armor for all my characters, but the only time it wasn't "hopefully I'll get it" was in iron banner where "I need this much more rep to get it." Granted, I worked my ass off to level up the gear, but the raid armor came far more easily to me than the iron banner gauntlets and boots. Don't let anyone be a little elitist pansy to you, you DID earn it.

8 RepliesI'm just waiting for a "real" 30 to call me out in the tower for wearing the IB armor so I can put on my raid gear and tell him to look again. IB armor isn't free and it looks awesome. I'm wearing mine with pride.

Don't let the snowflakes get you down. They announced that Ib gear would help players get to 30 weeks ago, and it's only just now that these entitled morons are crying about it. Bottom line: some people just aren't happy unless they are doing their best to ruin everyone else's experience, and these forums tend to draw more of those types than most.

As a "raid 30", I say a 30 is a 30... frankly I feel that the people without IB gear didn't "earn" their gear... they lucked on it (I had the pieces I needed +exotic helm 3 weeks in, while people like my wife that has run the raid with our team and I is the last 29, because she can never get gear (non-duplicate gear, 2x chest pieces in one run? really??). I've spent more hours in IB match after match alongside her than I did in my 3 runs of the raid to work on getting my alts better gear (don't have a team currently to run them with). I say the more 30's the better.

The real easy part is buying the 4th piece exotic armour at xur; if anything needs to be adressed (not my opinion) it should be that. More ppl on 30 adds more joy to the raid, so i m fine with iron banner gear ;)

1 ReplyI ranked all the way up to rank 5 on iron banner got both armor pieces and the two weapons he was selling but I still need that chest piece. You still have to raid! If I ever get the raid gear I need and go to 30 I feel I will have earned it hands down you clearly have. I don't see why anyone cares how people got the gear they did. The more Hugh level people the better!

Well if you hate PvP and decided to put yourself though all the shit called "Crucible" you deserve it, you deserve it even more if you are like me who never got enough raid gear until I finished the raid 20 times. I only used the new iron banner gear to get my hunter to level 30, but my titan and probably soon my warlock will only be regular raid gear.

I'm lvl 30 also in several ways now. Full raid gear (no exotics) And now combination of iron banner and raid and exotics I'm 30. Now I've played 700hrs. Over 20 fully completed raids. 100+ partial helping friends etc and not getting rewards. It took me 5 raids to get one peice of armour. Thought Id mention that as well. I think I have earned my lvl 30's Now for those that only put in a few hrs a week and sook ur not getting drops. My suggestion play more. I still don't have gallehorn or Atheons epilogue but I'll get them eventually lol.
