Septiks Prime: An Oversized Servitor
Sekrion: An Oversized Hydra
Aksor: An Oversized Captain
Phogoth: An Oversized Orge (Though Orges are a rare sight)
Valus Ta'aurc: An Oversized Colossus
And so on...
And now Crota, looks to be an oversized Knight. I know you said that Crota "has other forms", so i'll give you the benefit of the doubt. But i don't like where this or the 2 strikes are going...

If look at it like this, they look like lower enemies but enlarged because of ranks in their society/system. If you read about the Fallen card. It states that Dregs have 2 arms because they were demoted or proved poorly in battle. Aksor being an Archon along with some of the others we see. Are the second highest ranking Fallen aside from servitors. But I do see where you coming from that they all may look similar.
