Is the legendary hand cannon, Lord High Fixer, worth spending my crucible marks on?

Yup. Maybe one of the best weapons you can actually purchase directly from a vendor. With the range modifier, it's stats are very similar to the Hawkmoon, with the bonus of third eye.
