I change rocket launchers from a legendary to exotic, same element, damage output, and ammo count, and yet I lose 4 of my 5 rockets. Same goes with snipers and shotguns. Couldn't the ammo just magically transform like primary ammo apparently does? I can go from scout rifle to revolver to auto rifle and the ammo stays at max. Don't have any armor that increases ammo count other than scout rifle ammo.
