Very Disappointed in 343i

I've been a Halo fan since CE released, it was the reason that I bought an Xbox in the first place. I was pretty optimistic when Bungie left Halo because 343i seemed enthusiastic and Halo Wars had turned out quite well. Upon the release of Halo 4 the franchise took a pretty massive hit, numbers dwindled within weeks because the game was not anything that we came to expect from the franchise but being a blind fan I continued to play and "made do" with the changes even though the game generally felt more like COD than Halo. 343i had a big problem releasing patches and fixes then and if you all remember the File Browser took 3 months to even work (among other things) Leading up to Halo:MCC 343 have said all of the right things, they're taking fan feedback, going back to Arena play where Halo belongs, the actual MCC is a massive fan service in itself! I'm disappointed though because yet again 343i have proven that they cannot handle a game on this scale, this makes me really sad rather than angry. By the time this game works (It isn't likely to ever fully function) there will be so few people playing that we may as well have stayed with the games on 360 and this upgrade will have been for nothing. I'm disappointed because the amount of fans still willing to buy Halo 5 will also have dwindled beyond repair and if we look at 343's track record that game will likely have a bad launch also. You can blame MS for rushing them or a number of other factors but the cold hard facts are that the Halo franchise is not being handled well and the experience for the fans is suffering. I think H5 is the first Halo game ever that I'm not gonna buy day 1 and that's just really depressing.
