Just got chewed out by a kid on my team for going 17 - 4 while the rest of my team was sub-.500.
How long do people have to play the game before they realize that Control is basically just team deathnatch with small bonuses and not Domination?
I held A the entire game and helped take B several times along with keeping people off of B. He dies 22 times and I'm not the team player?
Edit: Oh and... why do people still stand on the first capture until it is almost complete and then run off? Every person that steps off loses 75 points.

I agree with most everything you've talked about except one thing. I'm not trying to brag, but I'm also generally in a positive k/d top position and what I've noticed works best for me is keeping points. This being, I don't play with buddies in cruci usually. Sure, I can do 7-8k points before the match ends. But if I don't try and get more than one point, I can get overpowered easily if they have 2+ average-star players. 8k easily gets outshined by a few sets of 3-5k. Simple math. My point being, I like giving my overall team an advantage over the enemy. Sure, for example, maybe every other player in my team gets 1 kill to 2 deaths. But that one kill with all 3 points capped keeps the score even. Letting the top 2-3 easily outdo the enemy team. Also, this means your top players are wracking in a mad amount of points per kill. Easy wins all around! TL;DR Yes, kills give an advantage, as well as keeping points capped defended. And you can win without points. But if your teams doing bad, and your up top, you can step up and help them usually. No argument why you shouldn't, its a team game. I mean, imagine sieging a city without tanks. Exact same thing, all your team sent was infantry to their "tanks". Not all randoms will be on your skill level, higher or lower. But once again on topic and to be clear, the kid sounds pretty stupid regardless of all that. He shouldn't really be one to get mad Lol. It sounds like he tried to die.
