I know that it "reduces the cooldown of your grenade" but how does it do it? When I see energy drain activate there's no noticeable difference in the speed of my grenade cooldown. Can someone explain this to me? I'm assuming that it make your grenade charge faster, I just never see a noticeable difference when watching it recharge while under the effect of energy drain.
