Glitched out ghost.
I have a ghost that is glitched, similar to the 2 that were glitched on Cosmodrome & Mars. The ghost that corresponds to the Grimoire Card 'Ghost Fragment Darkness 3'. It is ghost 11 in this video http://bit.ly/rc_earth.
It could also be possible that my card is just glitched and I have already revived the Ghost. But I cant confirm this.
3/9/15: did not get fixed in the recent updates

any news on this? i have the same problem with the ghost fragment : darkeness 3. i have 61 out of the 62 cards and i have revived this ghost but it doesnt show up on my grimoire cards

It's been this way since Day 1 but the patch didn't fix this ghost for me also.
