Some minor code/graphical bugs, just things to be noted
The one sided wall inside spawn room of The Divide on Earth
From one side, the wall is visible, but from the other side, it can't be seen

[b]Hostile Pike[/b]
During the first mission on the Moon, The Dark Beyond, after fighting off the ambush team and heading towards the pikes, this pike shows up as hostile, even with no rider. It can still be mounted, and afterwards shows up as just a normal, empty vehicle

[b]Indoor rain[/b]
Happens in a few places on Venus, rain gets through the little hallway of most spawn rooms. Slight variation of how far it reaches in with each room

Noted bugs and glitches
[b]Enemy Health Glitch[/b]: This one seems pretty new, I'm sure other people have seen it by now. When damaging monsters, after they have lost about half their health or so, or when they are close to death, their health bar seems to drop to 0, and then go back up a certain amount. Not sure yet if this glitch causes enemies to gain a small bit of health back instead of dieing, or that the bar temporarily shows health at 0
[b]Phalanx Instant Kill[/b]: I hate this one more than anything. A noticeable amount of time, when a Phalanx goes to strike a player with their shield, it will fling them away with enough velocity to kill them upon impact with almost anything else, mostly terrain, or a wall. I have gotten killed so many times by them because of this.
[b]The First Vault Chest?[/b]: So I understand there are two packs of loot from the Vault chests when you play the other difficulty. Does the first chest, the one right after opening the door, have a second loot option? My theory was that since the outside monsters don't change levels when changed to hard, that the first chest doesn't really have a second difficulty. So all the chests have a normal and hard loot setting except for the first, right?
