These are all the glitches I have experienced in the numerous times I have done the raid, these glitches will wipe your whole team on hard mode in seconds. 1. At Atheon, Venus portal, You kill the minotaur to no health but for some reason that final hit regenerated its whole health bar back causing it to kill the relic holder and it forces the team to wipe. 2. 2 people getting teleported instead of 3... some people can take all the oracles on at once but the majority cannot... causes a team wipe. 3. When using the relic bubble shield in the middle to shoot Atheon until your time buff runs out, people get splash damaged by Atheon and die inside the shield. Unless you are right at the end of the fight and Atheon has almost no health this always causes a team wipe. 4. No ammo drops from monsters, sometimes when raiding every single monster you kill drops no single ammo pack, you can only use one synthesis every couple of minutes so not being able to use all weapons really impacts on what situations you can survive in and effects the whole team, almost causing wipes in different ways. 5. When going through the portal, ending up getting teleported twice leaving you on the other side the the portal you were already trying to go through (you went out then back in, at the same time). You can easily run off the edge while blinded by the portal's wavy screen effect and even if you don't, it wastes valuable buff time to shoot atheon, if you are the relic holder, your teammates who jumped to the middle have no bubble and die causing a wipe. 6. In hard mode when you get teleported, the people who weren't are detained in those bubbles they have to shoot out of, sometimes the people teleported get detained as well.
