http://db.destinytracker.com/vendors/2668878854 I was looking through the Vanguard Quartermaster on http://db.destinytracker.com/ and noticed that some of the weapons are duplicated but have a quality rating of 100 as opposed to 60 (happens with some of the other vendors as well). Eg http://db.destinytracker.com/inventory/item/2361563134 http://db.destinytracker.com/inventory/item/1873492564 Anyone know how this mechanic works? Do you need a higher Vanguard Rank to have access to the 100 rated weapons, or is it just random what is sold? Have been googling for a good 30 mins can't find an explanation anywhere... Appreciate the help!
