Ammo Synthesis Errors Feedback
I have noticed since the update, I have seen errors with Ammo Synthesis not providing ammo when used.
This error is new to me and thus far has resulted in zero ammo on Special Weapon Synthesis only. It appears to be an intermittent error as I find it doesn't always happen, last night after the reset was the first real time I paid attention to it as I was using them for my Patience and Time.
I used 8 ammo synthesis and 2 worked.
I am providing feedback in an effort to help have the issue corrected, not for me exclusively, but for the community.
My equipped items at the time:
Vision of Confluence
Patience and Time
Zombie Apocalypse
Queen's Guard Hood
Exodus Grips
Heart of Praxcic Fire
Eclipse Maw VI
The Tethering
It slowed me down because of the 5 minute timers but I eventually completed the nightfall and glad I did because I was rewarded with Apothesis Veil.
Please post if you have had this error, Including your load out as maybe we can figure out if there is a trigger?

I only carry 1 set of any type of ammo synthesis at a time max of special and heavy weapons, ( like to live dangerously lol )
I was not "downed" while using them as it was during a weekly nightfall strike

Edited by Radon_82: 11/11/2014 7:51:33 PMRan the weekly the other day and lost 3 heavy ammo synthesis. I had 2 teammates and know for a fact that I consumed them while I was waiting to be revived. This may be key and I hope it helps. At around 900 glimmer these are a bltch to lose!

Just ran the weekly strike and my heavy ammo and special ammo synthesis didnt work. First time its ever happened to me. I put my extra stacks in the vault just now so hopefully that helps.
